What we collect

When you submit the appointment form on this website, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you choose to share it), preferred consultation type, and the message you write. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp directly, we receive the number and details you share in that conversation.

This website does not collect health records through the form. Please do not attach or send medical reports through the website form; reports can be shared on WhatsApp when requested.

Why we collect it

Your details are used for one purpose: to contact you about your appointment or consultation request. We may call you or reply on WhatsApp to confirm timing, answer questions, or share directions.

Your information is not used for marketing lists, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties other than as described below.

How the form is delivered

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form-relay service that processes the submission only to send it to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as a processor for this delivery step.

Video consultations and messaging take place on WhatsApp, which operates under WhatsApp's own privacy policy and encryption terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or profiling tools. The only third-party embed is a Google Maps frame on the contact section, which is covered by Google's own privacy policy.

Retention and your rights

Appointment enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and coordinate your visit. You may ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to us from the same email address or phone number.
